Course Description

The first 3 hours is mandatory for the Massachusetts and New Hampshire requirements and addresses the importance of the home inspection report, and includes how to generate a report, available software to generate your reports, and how to write both a beneficial and defensible report with properly worded recommendations. The second part addresses ancillary home inspector tasks like how to take a water test, a radon test, etc. how to get certified, and where to set up lab accounts often requested by customers and can expand the inspector's channels of revenue.
