Course Description

If you would like the Academic Placement & Testing Center to retrieve your ACCUPLACER Individual Score Report (ISR) and send it to another institution, fill out the Request to have ACCUPLACER Scores Released Form, if you have not already completed it. Once we receive the form and payment, we will process your request.
