Course Description

Join us in this popular program that was developed for the Arthritis Foundation. It includes a warm-up for the joints followed by QiGong meditation to blend your mind with your Chi. This seminar includes the Sun Form for balance and strength. The Eight Pieces of Brocade Qigong practice will be introduced.
