Course Description

Communication: this module will give the participants the communication skills to be able to handle difficult conversations, and to listen and communicate more effectively with employees within their area. Conflict Resolution: this module will help the participants to deal with potential conflicts involving their area's employees. Coaching: this module will help the participants to be able to coach their area's employees for improved performance. Team Building: this module will give the participants the tools needed to build trust, clarify roles, and improve team communications in their area.
