Course Description

In this course, you’ll learn how to define the goals and objectives of each event, where and when it should occur, create a project timeline, and what should be included to ensure that each participant’s time is well spent. Exercises will introduce students to the tools needed to calculate a basic SWOT analysis and GAP analysis. The step-by-step planning process assures that your meetings will fit the needs of the audience and the goals of your stakeholders.
