Course Description

Every event requires a budget. The complex task of identifying costs and accurately projecting them is critical to the financial control and ultimate success of each event. This course is the backbone of event planning, and will provide you with the tools to identify and manage expenses and, if appropriate, income. A basic template will be the starting point of our group budget preparation.
