In this session, we will discuss best practices for implementing your event or meeting plan — including work-flow, staff responsibilities and rehearsals. We will then move into post event management, an often overlooked time in the planning cycle. Participants will learn how to manage this period, including data gathering and follow-up after the event has been completed.
