Course Description

Dim Sum is a popular style of Cantonese cuisines that include small dishes that highlight different flavor profiles and cooking techniques. In this hands-on class, we will make chicken shumai, pearl chicken meatballs, and chashu chicken pastry. We will serve delicious dim sum with delicious tea. While we enjoy Dim Sum, we will talk about different varieties of Dim Sum in China.
