Course Description

Homestyle Korean cooking is full of vegetables. In this hands-on class, we will make popular delicious beef bulgogi bibimbap, a rice bowl with barbecue beef, seasoned spinach, cucumber salad, kimchi, egg, and delicious sauce. We’ll also make Korean Japchae, sweet potato noodles stir fried with vegetables. We’ll finish the class with delicious poached pear with ginger and honey.
