Course Description

India has lots of coastline, so it's no surprise that fish and seafood are common ingredients in Indian curries. Indian seafood recipes usually vary based on the local produce, culture, and climatic condition of the region. The taste and flavors are extremely unique and delicious for each variation which makes any seafood lover fall in love with them over and over again.  In this class, learn to make Masala Tilapia with Shrimp Poha (Flattened Rice) and green beans with coconut from the Western coast of India.
