Course Description

Embrace the light and delicate flavors of Vietnamese cuisine known for fresh herbs, vegetables, and dipping sauce. In this hands-on cooking class, we’ll make Bun Bo Hue, a delicious beef noodle soup that is not quite as popular as pho. But if you like a bit of spice, you will fall in love with this dish. We’ll also make a crunchy salad with grilled beef (Goi Bo). We’ll finish our meal with banana tapioca pudding. The food contains fish sauce for allergen awareness (no substitutes).
