Course Description

Let’s master a fundamental technique of fresh pasta and turn our pasta dough from scratch to a delicious meal. In this hands-on class, we’ll make pasta dough from scratch and turn the pasta dough into delicious butternut squash ravioli with sage brown butter. We’ll also hand-roll pasta and make a delicious salad with herb vinaigrette, pears, and gorgonzola.
