Course Description

This class is not about instant ramen noodles. Instead, this class is about traditional homemade Japanese ramen. Students will make ramen broth and fresh noodles from scratch. In this hands-on class, students will learn how to make chicken miso ramen served with soft-boiled eggs. Discussions will be about various toppings and how to apply different techniques to make ramen quick and easy at home.
