Course Description

French macarons are sweeping the nation! These delicate and colorful almond confectionaries will be a sweet ending to a meal or just a snack. In this hands-on class, you’ll learn step-by-step techniques to make macaron shells, Swiss buttercream, salted caramel buttercream, and chocolate ganache. You will learn how to incorporate flavors, jams, and other fillings. Students will leave the class with a box of treats.
