Course Description

Puff pastry has multiple buttery layers which bake up beautifully to light, flaky, and crispy perfection. We will make traditional full puffs from scratch. Then, we'll turn our laminated dough into delicious apple turnovers, jam puff pastry pinwheels, and chocolate puff pastry rolls. We’ll also talk about store-bought puff pastry and how to use it. We will use store-bought puff pastry to make savory lunch puffs. The filling will include caramelized onion, feta, spinach, and mushrooms. We’ll enjoy our pastries in class, and you'll also take home all the pastries you make.
