Course Description

One of the healthiest Asian cuisines, delicious Korean cuisine features mainly vegetables and harmonized sauces. In this hands-on class, we will start with kimchi dumplings (mandu) from scratch. We will also make Tteokbokki, stir-fried rice cakes and Jjajangmyeon, Korean noodles served with pork bean sauce. We will finish the class with cinnamon, ginger, and persimmon tea.
