We are taking a hawker center to the NECC kitchen. Join Ploy and learn how to make delicious Singapore street food in this hands-on class. We will make Singapore chicken satay with peanut sauce. We’ll also make laksa paste from scratch and turn the paste into the popular Singapore laksa with chicken, shrimp, and tofu.
