Course Description

Learn the basics of structures (foundations, framing, etc.), what is required by the state to identify, inspect, report, and make recommendations relative to the structural systems of a house. Course content is taken from several sources including state standards of practice, widely-used home inspection books and manuals, code-check references, inspector-instructor experience, field pictures, and actual inspections results.
