Course Description

In this course, the student will learn the basics of heating and cooling systems, what is required by the state to identify, inspect, report, and make recommendations relative to the heating and cooling of a house. Course content is taken from several sources including states' standards of practice, widely used home inspection books and manuals, code-check reference, inspector-instructor experience, field pictures, and actual inspection results.
