Course Description

The purpose of this course is to familiarize the student, who is interested in obtaining their Massachusetts home inspection license, with the Commonwealth’s home inspectors’ regulations. It provides the “would be” home inspector the opportunity to understand what is required to be a successful home inspector in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. This course covers the Commonwealth’s education requirements, its Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics with highly interactive FAQ’s and Q&A’s. NECC is offering this course not only to satisfy the state pre-licensing requirements, but also to give the student an in-depth knowledge of what does a home inspection entail. This course is required to obtain the NECC certificate of completion.
