Course Description

Thai cuisine is full of aromatic ingredients, cooking styles, and dish decorations. In this hands-on class, we’ll make popular and delicious Thai dishes from scratch including rainbow salad, Thai corn fritters, red curry with chicken served with steamed white rice, and butterfly pea limeade. While we enjoy the food, you will learn about how coconut milk and palm sugar are made in Thailand.
