Course Description
Everyone knows the classic Italian-style meatballs and we love them! We really do! There is so much more to learn and explore! In this course, we will learn several other styles that can be featured at dinner, family gatherings, or as party hors d'oeuvres. We will have a great time learning about meatballs from around the world, as well as a variety of different sauces. Yes, we will make our own version of those Scandinavian ones. Meatballs are not just for spaghetti or sandwiches, and we’ll prove it!Applies Towards the Following Certificates
