Course Description

Mediterranean breakfast is simply fun. Who wouldn’t like Feta cheese, olives, vegetables and nuts at every breakfast table? In this class we will have aromatic black tea served in Persian/Turkish style. We will also prepare a delicious bread that can be made and saved for later time. We will prepare a Cardamom muffin!! Along with some recipes for fried eggs and egg-based dishes. It’s a beautiful, fun table!!
